Snow Day (Take it Easy) by The Successful Failures / Taggart
We are very pleased to announce the December release of Snow Day (Take It Easy), a 12” vinyl Christmas EP featuring SF and our friends Taggart. Each band has a side of the record containing four holiday hits each. Our side features 3 Mick Chorba original songs and a spunky cover of a Ramones Christmas tune. Taggart covers the Kinks and The Descendents and contribute a couple of their own as well. Release show is on Dec. 20th in Philadelphia. Preorder here.

New SF Video for “It’s the Turnpike” – thanks to George Morgan and Frame by Frame Video for producing this one.
Last month The Successful Failures made a video for our song “It’s the Turnpike” with our friend George Morgan. We filmed the thing in one epic day… starting in NYC and actually driving down the NJTP to Rob’s place in Pine Hill, filming it all. We are releasing the video on June 7th with an unveiling at the Legendary Dobbs (formerly known as JC Dobbs) on South Street in Philadelphia. The video viewing will be followed by a rocking set of rock by the band. Show starts at 8:00 but get there a few minutes early to enjoy a drink with the band and to watch the video on the big screen at Dobbs. Check out this 20 second teaser/preview of the video:
We get this one all the time… Answer: Imagine The Ramones met Tom Petty at a bar and decided to make a Johnny Cash album…. Check our Music section to see what we mean…
